So now’s the time to load up on some good, free (or cheap) reading. I’ve used the service for a while now (back when it was Google Play Magazines), and found the experience overall very pleasant. These come with no strings attached, though – there are no trial subscriptions that you’ll have to remember to cancel, although you can always start a trial subscription too, if you want (they are free). Obviously this is a ploy to whet people’s appetites and hopefully get them to start subscribing and using the service more.
